A. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Every care is taken at the time of packing, so that at the time, the item reaches buyer in safe condition. All Products are shipped within 3-4 working days after realisation of payment. We will ship the Products through professional courier service providers & reliable logistics. Please give correct Address with Correct PIN Code and see that a Prominent Land Mark & Mobile Number of your Contact person on site is included in your address.

It is the responsibility of buyer to ensure that the packet received by them, at the time of taking delivery is not in tampered condition. Do not accept packet if the pack is opened. If any doubts, open packet in front of courier person and return the pack if the item is found to be broken or damaged. Please do complain immediately about the damaged item/lost item as soon as parcel is received/accepted to customer support team.

B. DELIVERY POLICIES

Most of time we deliver the merchandise within 3-4 business days, but sometimes (where it is mentioned in website that the duration of delivery is 6-8 days only), it takes between 2-3 days for us to deliver your ordered merchandise from the time you place the order on our site. Reason for the said duration is due to the nature of our business. We place an order with the brand only after the sale is closed and after that it takes between 2-3 days for the supplier’s merchandise to reach your delivery address. We ensure that the fastest and most efficient dispatch & delivery chain is in place to get your orders to you as swiftly as possible from our vendor’s place. On despatch, we will send you a mail for confirmation.

C. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customers - As we work out of different logistics bandwidth, we are right now not at a stage of business to process cancellation requests from our customers. Hence, we are not providing an option to cancel the order, once the payment is done. Once the payment towards a particular product is made, we consider that as a ‘Confirmed Order’/ ‘Order Received’. Notwithstanding any window time from that moment an order is placed, cancellation of such order is not possible. Thus, refund of such payments is also not possible.

Cancellation by Vyaparsathi -Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

D. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Once an order is placed (once the payment towards a particular product is done), we do not have an option where the customer can return the product or claim a refund on the grounds of not being in need of the product anymore or not liking / not interested in the product anymore, notwithstanding the status of the order - whether the despatch process is initiated or not / ‘Out for Delivery’ / ‘Already dispatched’.

Return / Refund due to Damage: The Packing Team at Vyaparsathi follows industrial standards for packaging every product as per its dimensions. The Vyaparsathi vendors also takes extra care to ensure that you will receive the merchandise safely & without any damage by shipping the merchandise through Private Logistics Company. However, due to any unavoidable reasons (considering the fact that shipment is done from one State to another, with multiple stop-overs and loading & un-loading is done at various check-points), if a product is damaged in a manner that defeats its usability or functionality (for example broken into pieces or chipped off), you will be entitled to place a claim with the Customer Care for a return/replacement. You can call Customer Care and share the pictures of the spot-in- concern. This is reviewed by our Quality Team which makes the decision either to Refund or accept Return of the product for providing a Replacement. It could be possible due to the reasons mentioned above for the product to have some minor flaws like small scratches or separation of nut & bolt etc. In such cases, considering the nature of the product and the stated reasons, we anticipate the customers to fix such minor flaws with their internal resources.

If the delivered item package has missing parts or accessories (only if these parts/accessories are mentioned in the Product Description to be part of the product package). In which case, the buyer can call up the customer care and report the missing parts/accessories, instead of claiming for refund or replacement. The necessary action will be initiated from Vyaparsathi to deliver the same.

In case of refund (in instances as such mentioned above) we process refund after quality check of the items returned by you. If you have paid for the order using Bank Account/Credit card/Debit card, then the refunded amount gets credited (reversed) to your Bank Account through the Debit Card or Credit Card details provided by you at the time of making the payment, within 7 days of return. If you have paid for the order using Cash on Delivery option (in a special case), then you will be required to provide the NEFT bank details for transfer to your bank account within 7 days of return. If the item is an Electronic Product within warranty period and if there is any problem w.r.t its functionality, Vyaparsathi arranges its vendors to do Quality Check and fix the functionality-related problem (replace the motor of the product, if required) and deliver it back to the customer. However, the to-and-fro transportation charges in this case will be levied on the customer.

We also expect from customers and instruct them to keep the product in its original form/condition of packaging, tags, bills and retain all the spare parts/attachments etc. which was part of the package received at the time of delivery. This is essential to evaluate if the customer is entitled to get refund or replacement, as the case may be. It is also expected from the customers to inform Vyaparsathi of any such damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery of the order. Refund/Replacement claims cannot be processed if this information is conveyed to Vyaparsathi beyond a period of 24 hours of receiving the delivery of the order.

If the customer places a claim with the Customer Care that the delivered product is not functioning in the effect that the usage of the product is defeated, Vyaparsathi could arrange for the product to be picked up from the customer by its logistics service provider and check for the functioning of the product in its Quality-Check Lab. If there is really an issue with its functionality, Vyaparsathi will arrange for the replacement of the product with no additional costs levied on the customer. However, if there is no issue with the functionality of the product as claimed by the customer, Vyaparsathi will ship the product back to the customer by charging the shipping charges applicable for both way-transportation i.e., to-and-fro charges. We will provide the separate payment-link to the customer for paying this additional shipping charges. By placing an Order either through our Ecommerce website www.vyaparsathi.com or through Android Mobile Application, vyaparsathi.com, the buyer/user is deemed to have read, understood and given consent to abide by the Terms & Conditions mentioned as above.
